देवभाष जिह्वशीर्ष लास्य विश्वव्यापनम् ।

 

देविहंसवाहिनी विलेख्य वर्ण विस्तृतं ।

 

भाव दास्य दूर स्वीय भारतोक्ति भाषणं ।

 

श्री विकारिवत्सरे प्रवर्धनीय मार्षजा ॥

 

 

 

देवभाष जिह्वशीर्ष लास्य विश्वव्यापनम् ।

Let the “Deva bhaashaa” Samskritam, which prevails/ is omnipresent in the entire universe, dance in everyone’s tongues

 

देविहंसवाहिनी विलेख्य वर्ण विस्तृतम् ।

(The language) which is an extensive and colorful artwork of Saraswathi devi who has the swan as her vehicle

 

भाव दास्य दूर स्वीय भारतोक्ति भाषणम् ।

The conversations of Bharat or of Bharati which are  our " own" that drive away our "servitude  of imagination" ( to foreign language)

 

श्री विकारिवत्सरे प्रवर्धनीय मार्षजा ॥

In this vikaari year, let the respectable language grow and reach out to many people.
